4 years ago I photographed the wedding of Heather & Chris - a stunning event hosted at Grace Bay Club, Turks & Caicos; a day that I'll never forget. I thought the couple was simply perfect, but at that time I didn't realise they could even be better: the arrival of little Ethan added extra joy, extra sweetness, extra love, extra beauty to Heather & Chris.
I met the family on a windy afternoon at Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay: I loved to hear a recap of the 4 last years of their lives, and I loved even more to play and to photograph the little bundle of joy - he's adorable!

How are you going to celebrate your wedding anniversary? Ninfa and Keyur planned a beautiful Wedding Vows Renewal at Beaches Turks and Caicos to mark 10 years of marriage, happiness, love and joy. Their gorgeous 4 kids, as well as the closest family members, joined the couple for an unforgettable vacation and an elegant afternoon where "mom and dad got married again".
I love the girls' matching outfits, their cute sandals, the perfect colour coordination of the all family, the bride's dress... well, everything!
2 years ago I had the pleasure to meet and photograph 2 beautiful families (check out their beautiful album). Thanks to a special gift offered by her best friends, Debbie, Gary, Cole, Max, Delilah and I got together again to recreate the magic: a new background, the Caribbean Blue Hills, different and colourful outfits, and a few extra inches (I'm speaking about the kids heigh of course!).
College is calling and it's time to move back to Canada for a couple of years, but the Turks and Caicos is HOME and the vibrant colours of the island will follow them everywhere, thanks to their family portrait.
Kristen is the designer, owner and dreamer of 3 Little Birds Boutique: her work is amazing, and so it's her style. I was very excited to meet her and take her Turks and Caicos family pictures... cherry on the cake, or better a sweet, colourful, delicious icing, are her 2 adorable kids and wonderful husband.  We had so much fun!
We made a plan, chose the locations, arranged the pick up from Beaches Resort... and changed everything at the last minute to escape the rain. Provo it's a small island but, while it pours on a side of it, the other side is dry and hot. Some things are simply meant to be.
Last October I had the pleasure to meet Rafay, Angie and Sabina and to capture their beautiful island family portrait at the Gansevoort Turks and Caicos. Fast forward 5 months and they are back in the Turks & Caicos to enjoy the caribbean sunshine, the turquoise water and the powdery sand of Grace Bay. It's incredible how a little one can change in such a short amount of time! Sabina is now walking, speaking, dancing and developing her unique personality. Adorable with a capital A.
Should I be in New York, I have an open invitation to stop by their home and photograph the rest of the family. Rafay, you never know, one of these days this Turks and Caicos photographer may leave the island to explore the city... temporarily of course!
What to expect from a family portrait with 4 boys? Grumpy faces, little cooperation, boredom? Not at all! This family is funniest I photographed in a long time. The high energy, humour, jokes, silly dances had only one inconvenient: I could not stop laughing and prevent my camera from shaking ;-)
No worries if the jeans got soaked by the big waves, if the sand filled their hair or if the crazy faces were not too flattering, this family had a blast. After all they were vacationing at The Pinnacle on Grace Bay, in the beautiful Turks and Caicos.
Sometimes Miracles come in pairs. Ashley and Kayley are twins: they are adorable, unique and beautiful, they don't look alike but the are connected by a magical and fascinating bond. On the last day of their vacation at The Regent Grand Turks and Caicos, I had the pleasure to capture their family portrait: I loved the black and white theme, spiced up by a sky on fire at the end of the photo shoot.
What better occasion then a family vacation in the Turks and Caicos to bond, play, love, laugh, relax and have your pictures taken?
A family portrait has the ability to preserve memories forever. It has been my pleasure to photograph this large family at Casa Varnishkes (Casa V) in Long Bay, Providenciales: 8 adults, 11 kids (from age 1 to 20), 2 hours and all lot of fun.
